I'm back

testing the waters a bit...
I have been swamped with work. Keeping up my end of the bargain with the army has taken lots of my time lately. you know the bargain: the Army drags me halfway around the world to the hottest and crappiest place known to man and I agree to work my ass off in return for no one shooting at me. it's not too bad of a deal.
anyhow, while i was working my ass off, I noticed how many Air Force and Navy folks there are over here doing jobs that were done by Army guys last year. The Army is strectched so thin, it's had to ask for help from the sister services. I'm not sure what's going to happen if we stick this out for 4 more years or so. Who are we going to tap next? the Boy and Girl Scouts? the Coast Guard? (in that order)
we'll see if anything strikes my blogging bone again soon.
